2006 - ISO 9001:2000 (N 202937) Certification

In accordance with the principles that guide the company's management, this certification includes each and all the stages of Casa Magnani’s commercial management, starting from the check-in desk, stock management, material classification and other administration, accounting and management work, up to sales and delivery.

On October 11, 2007 the first follow-up audit was performed on the Quality Management System of
CASA MAGNANI S.R.L.

The audit scope included the processes of Quality Management, Warehouse and Returns, Purchases and Human Resources in accordance with criteria established by the ISO 9001:2000 International Standard and the system’s documents. 

The documents pertaining to the Quality Management System (Quality and Procedures Handbook) were verified,
as well as the results of Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Management Reviews, Internal Auditing and
Process Indicators.
